We want you to love your Necklove! If you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations are part of its charm.  As with all jewelry, normal wear and tear can happen over time.  To keep your Necklove looking its best, we recommend treating it with care, avoiding prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a problem shortly after purchase, please contact us - we want you to be happy and we will work out a solution.
